‘The Ultimate Knowledge’ (TUK) [hereinafter "TUK" or "Company"] is engaged in various educational processes involving students and educational institutes.
TUK has adopted the following Privacy Policy for information that may be collected from its application/portal/website -tukworld.com/tukpublications.com/tukassessment.com/tukiat.com [hereinafter “website/portal”]. This privacy policy states what kind of information is collected from its users by TUK and the manner in which it is intended to be used. This Policy also states how the information is protected by TUK.
Collection of information on our site and our services or application used by a user is generally categorized into two groups: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. If Non-Personal Identifiable Information and Personally Identifiable Information are combined, then in that case the combined information shall be treated as a source of personal information solely as long as it remains combined.

In contrast to Anonymous Information, De-Identified information is primarily collected as Personally Identifiable Information and is removed of any identifying component for making the information anonymous.
Your use of the application or website may include the information collected from your mobile device. The Application may request your permission for collecting location information and/or to access multimedia (photos or videos) stored on the device you are using. If you do not wish to share your location data with TUK, please respond accordingly when it is prompted on your mobile phone or tablet or you may visit your mobile device’s Settings. Multimedia from your device may only be collected if you select it to upload to the site or application (i.e. you choose a video or image to upload on our website or application).

Note to Minors If the user is under the age of 18, he/she is expected to seek permission from a legal guardian /parent before using our app or website or before writing an e-mail to us. The user must be of 18 years of age to order a subscription to the different portals functioning under the umbrella of THE ULTIMATE KNOWLEDGE (TUK). The parent/guardian/card holder will be solely responsible for the money transaction made by a minor.
We strictly discourage minors from using TUK without the permission and supervision of a parent or a guardian.
For schools: Wherever we collect the identifiable information of a student, we collect it purely for educational purposes. Collection of such information is in conjunction with the use of TUK.
Information collected when subscribing: To register for any of the subscription types, any person who wishes to enroll himself/herself with any of the portals functioning under ‘THE ULTIMATE KNOWLEDGE’ (TUK) umbrella, has to provide us with their name, phone number(s), email address, billing and other necessary information. This contact information is used to send service-related announcements to the users whenever it is necessary or is advisable to do so. For example, if we are performing a routine maintenance, necessary email & SMS (if possible) might be sent by us. In case of any promotional activity, email, SMS, letters etc. may be sent to the subscribers.
Username and password: TUK will create and assign usernames and passwords for the users at the time of registration process. TUK may consider the option of allowing subscribers to create their own credentials as well. TUK uses usernames and passwords of the users’ or subscribers’ accounts to authenticate logins, post which access to the paid content is allowed. The username of the subscriber is also used to authenticate/verify the subscriber or user when requesting technical and general support. The passwords of the users are all encrypted when stored.

Protection of visitor’s information: We take all possible precautions like regular scanning of the website etc. in order to provide protection of your information. TUK never asks for personal/private information. It assures to keep any password for use of the site/app safely and not to share it with anyone. If you choose to register with TUK to receive promotional offerings, surveys or newsletters, you need to provide your contact details. The messages may include link tracking & pixel tags. Certain features which are offered by us include an option to provide TUK with feedback on your experience. The user submitting the feedback is not identified in the feedback feature.
